Files Won't Upload

If your files aren't uploading, there are a few things you can try before you contact us for support:

1) Make sure there are no special characters in the filenames. If so, rename the files and remove any special characters (!, #, /, +, &, :, etc).

2) Check the file size of your spreads. If the file size exceeds 50mb, you will need to export them at a smaller size.

3) Make sure you have uploaded the correct number of spreads that you selected in the dropdown menu under "NUMBER OF SPREADS."

4) Make sure you have selected that you agree to the terms and conditions.  It's easy to miss, but you can't continue to the checkout without selecting it!
