Refunds - You are welcome to request a cancellation of your order, for a full refund, within the first 60 minutes of placing your order. 

RedTree Credit - You are welcome to request a cancellation of your order after 60 minutes of placing your order, and we can issue RedTree credit for the value of that which has not started in production.
